DO I NEED A RESERVATION?

Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please contact us. All reservations will have a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled. Please consider arriving early and leaving enough time to find parking. Parking info is listed below.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I HAVE IN MY RESERVATION?

Our reservations can be no more than 6 people.

If you have more than 6 people, you can make separate reservations but please note it is not guaranteed that you will be sat next to each other or close by, however we will do our best to accommodate if we are able.

Please include children in your reservation count. Anyone that requires a chair or highchair counts as part of your headcount for your reservation. You can have a max of 6 people total.

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR RESERVATIONS?

Yes. All tables are limited to no more than one hour and thirty minutes to accommodate all guests wanting to join us.

DO I HAVE TO
WEAR A MASK?

We will be mask optional in accordance with the city of Chicago guidelines!

DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND?

If you lost or left something at Charm’d please stop by during regular business hours and someone will be able to help you. Due to the high volume nature of Charm’d, we are unable to assist with lost and found items over the phone.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Come decked out in your favorite holiday attire! There will be multiple opportunities for photo-ops within all the holiday magic. Our patio is tented and fully heated, however we will always recommend dressing in layers and according to the weather. Appropriate dress code is required and subject to the approval of management at the door.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

We do not have a parking lot. We recommend parking in the garage at 3541 N. Clark St. (Addison and Clark) – Garage. It is a 1 minute walk to Charm’d Bar from this garage.

The garage has two entrances: one on Clark at 3541 N Clark St. and the other entrance is on Sheffield at 3547 N Sheffield (just past the red line going west on Addison). Click here for their website for pricing information and to reserve your parking spot.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

We love pets! Unfortunately, we can only allow certified service animals on a leash.

IS CHARM’D 21+?

Anyone under 21 years old must be accompanied with a parent or legal guardian. All attendees must be 21+ after 11pm.
